Shipping

We currently ship within Australia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days. [Rate to be confirmed]
• Express shipping: 1–3 business days. [Rate to be confirmed]
• Complimentary shipping on orders over $80.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns

If you change your mind, unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of opened skincare unless it is faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
