How often should I use a SEOULBLU face mask?

Follow the directions on each product. Most face masks are used one to three times a week as part of your routine.

Are SEOULBLU products suitable for sensitive skin?

Always check the full ingredient list on the product page and patch test before first use. If you have a skin condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia. See Shipping & Returns for delivery times.

Can I return a product?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected. See Shipping & Returns.

Are your products made in Korea?

SEOULBLU is Korean-inspired skincare. Country of manufacture is shown on each product's packaging and product page.
