Your name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, order history, and messages you send us. Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. We also collect device and browsing information through cookies.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, send marketing emails if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe at any time), improve our website, and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the store, such as Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, delivery carriers and email providers. Some of these may store data outside Australia. We never sell your personal information.
